Do I need any prior knowledge or experience?
Not at all. You can begin with NLP Foundation without any prior experience, while the advanced programs build progressively on what you learn at each level.
Which NLP program should I choose?
It depends on what you want to achieve. Foundation introduces you to NLP, Practitioner takes you deeper into personal application, and Master Practitioner builds advanced skills in communication, influence, and personal mastery. We also offer specialized programs in coaching, training, teams, and teens.

How long do the programs take to complete?

Foundation is a shorter introduction to NLP, while Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and Trainer Training involve progressively deeper and more immersive learning. How much time and commitment do I need to put in?
The programs are designed to be manageable alongside your personal or professional commitments, but meaningful change comes from active participation and practice. We recommend setting aside time to attend the sessions fully, participate in the exercises, and reflect on and apply the learning between sessions.
Are the programs practical and interactive?
Yes. Our sessions are live, experiential, and highly interactive, with practical exercises, demonstrations, discussions, and coaching. The focus is on experiencing and applying what you learn, not just understanding concepts.

Absolutely. You can progress through the NLP learning journey from Foundation → Practitioner → Master Practitioner → Trainer Training, with each level building on the previous one.
