When is my consultation slot confirmed?
Your consultation slot is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received. You’ll receive an email confirming your appointment details.
Can I cancel my confirmed consultation?
No, but we do offer rescheduling. Once a mutually agreed timeslot has been confirmed, you can reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.
