Narmada Rao is a Psychologist, NLP Master Trainer, coach and five-time author, and the co-founder of Master Yourself Academy. With over two decades of experience in psychology and more than a decade in NLP, she combines psychology, NLP and coaching to make complex ideas practical, relatable and easy to apply.

She has supported 15,000+ individuals across 33 countries through training and coaching, working with individuals, professionals, leaders and organisations across diverse backgrounds. Before dedicating herself to NLP, Narmada spent a decade working in corporate HR.

Narmada is also the author of five books, including Open Up and Catch Yourself to Coach Yourself, and has contributed extensively to personal development through articles, videos, podcasts and workshops.

At Master Yourself Academy, she facilitates NLP training, coaching and personal development programs, bringing together her experience in psychology, NLP and corporate environments to help people develop greater self-awareness, clarity and meaningful change.

It’s not about the content they  teach , but in how they help you see yourself and make the content relevant for your current outcomes . Felt like they had customised the entire program for this Group! This entire seven-day program helped me understand and recognise my own patterns and limiting beliefs.
