Arul is a NLP Master trainer, Coach, ANLP, UK. It is more than 25 years since Arul has been into training and NLP. In the year 1997, When he was in college, he became a Zone Trainer in Junior Chamber International. He has trained and coached several individuals from different parts of the world. He is known for his ready wit, keen observation skills and an ability to coach people with kindness and passion. He is a regular speaker in some of the regional television channels and his talks have been well received by parents, teachers and educators.
Arul also runs another organization called Brainobrain, along with his brother, Anand Subramaniam. Brainobrain Kids Academy Private Limited is an institution that is committed to bringing out the best in children from 4 to 14 years of age. Brainobrain has its presence in over 70 countries today with more than 2,00,000 children and 3000 teachers.

Narmada is a Psychologist, and also a NLP Master trainer and Coach, ANLP, UK. With over a decade of Corporate experience as an HR professional, her NLP journey began in 2013. She was inspired by the difference that people were able to make for themselves using NLP techniques. More so, her own. Having gone through a flood experience in 2005, she used NLP techniques to overcome her phobia for water. It has been a different journey ever since. Narmada is now full-time into NLP as a Trainer, Counselor and Coach. She has facilitated trainings and workshops for thousands of individuals from across the world.
Narmada is known for her capacity to make complex concepts very easy to understand and imbibe. She has penned more than 200 blogs, podcasts, videos, and books – a huge contribution to people who wish to learn and enlighten themselves. She is the brain behind Master Yourself Academy.
